Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families
  • Conduct interviews and facility tours, clearly explaining services, pricing, and financial options
  • Secure commitments and manage all related paperwork
  • Track and manage sales activities
  • Support prospect outreach, waitlist management, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate smooth and welcoming new resident move-ins
  • Organize special events, such as open houses, luncheons, and community meetings
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of service

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or housing coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with sales leads databases
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
