Job Description:

Dining Attendants will work in a “team” atmosphere that stresses “resident first” while plating meals, serving trays to residents and cleaning the dining rooms.

Duties Include:

• Interact with residents, staff, and guests
• Perform food service duties
  • Follow directions from the team leader
  • Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• Perform and follow cleaning assignments

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working with elderly
• Have a pleasant attitude with “a smile” on their face.
• Be able to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs occasionally
• This work environment is noisy, abnormally hot, fast-paced, and deadline oriented

Schedule:

• Every other weekend
  • Weekend shift pay: Additional $1.50/hour
• Daily, Weekends, Holidays: Must be able to work at least 2 days during the week 4:00-7:30
