We are currently growing our team with the addition of two LPN Weekend Clinical positions in our assisted living and memory care units!

Schedules:

1. Every Saturday and Sunday evening, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (16 hours/week; 32 hours/pay period)
2. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday day, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (24 hours/week; 48 hours/pay period)

Pay Range: $23.14 - $33.81 (Plus applicable weekend shift incentives)

Job Description:

The Windsor LPN utilizes a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within the LPN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois
• Must maintain LPN license as required by the facility or the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
