Do you enjoy bringing joy and purpose to others? Greencroft Communities is seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to help enhance the daily lives of our residents through engaging programs that support their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and lead activities for individuals and groups

• Spend quality one-on-one time with residents

• Celebrate special moments like birthdays and anniversaries

• Care for in-house pets and maintain activity equipment

• Collaborate with team members to ensure meaningful resident experiences

• Maintain activity areas and ensure supplies are stocked

• Track and evaluate activity participation and success

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience working with older adults

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Creative approach to planning engaging programs

• Comfort using A/V equipment and basic kitchen tools

• Genuine desire to serve and support seniors
