As an RN Nurse Manager, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

Scope of Responsibility: To provide consistent high quality care services to each resident and his/her family through leadership, supervision and support of the nursing team. Identify resident needs and promote team approach to resident comfort and care.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio

• Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.

• Previous supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required.

• Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired.

• Experience with electronic medical records desired (we use Point Click Care)

• Being in a Leadership Role/ Managing staff members

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• On call Rotation every 3-4 weekend
• Hours are 930am to 6pm
