Job Description:

As a Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead and guide the clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations through proper documentation and oversight.
• Support residents & families with compassionate care and communication.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana (must be maintained).
• Three years of experience in a geriatric setting as a nurse leader.
• Knowledge of MDS and total care planning process.

Schedule & Commitment:

• Full-time | 40 hours per week (80 hours per pay period)
• Call rotation, weekends, and holidays required
• Flexible hours to support off-shift team members
