Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to senior residents

• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessment and observation

• Advocate for residents throughout every stage of care

• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana (required)

• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred

• Experience in Memory Care or Alzheimer’s care a plus

Schedule & Pay Differentials

• Part-Time | Day Shift

• Wednesdays (6:30am-7pm)

• $1.50/hour additional for 2nd or 3rd shift

• Weekend shift differential: $1.50/hour
