Southfield Village, a faith-based nonprofit community and part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team. With a new administrator and refreshed leadership team, this is an exciting time to join and help shape the future of care in our community.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to support staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and foster a positive, team-centered environment across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and support to nursing staff

• Help oversee resident care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living

• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing team members

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

• Participate in an on-call leadership rotation

• Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Assist with care planning, audits, and quality improvement

What You Bring

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license (required)

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
