Join our team and keep our campus running smoothly! Hamilton Grove is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead I to handle grounds, building, and equipment maintenance while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn, shrub, and tree care; debris and snow removal.
• Routine and emergency repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC.
• Service heating & cooling units per manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Safely operate hand/power tools, lawn equipment, and communication devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment for groundskeeping and facility maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally; 25 lbs frequently.
• Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to see clearly for inspections and computer work.
