Schedule Details

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Includes rotating weekends and holidays
• Additional pay incentives:
  • +$1.50/hr for nights
  • +$1.50/hr for weekends

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $18.99 to $21.21, depending on experience
• Shift and weekend differentials stack on top of base pay

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on daily care and support to residents
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and routine activities
• Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure quality care
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
• Interest or experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or assisted living
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
