Pay: $14.09-18.00/hr based one experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational campus. This hands-on role supports daily operations and directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance)
• Assist with floor care, painting, and building upkeep
• Support groundskeeping, snow removal, and exterior maintenance
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies
• Work with contractors and communicate updates to leadership
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with building maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred
• Certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) are a plus

Schedule:

• Days Monday–Friday
• Weekends and evenings on-call per established rotational schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
