Life Enrichment Aide (Activities Assistant)

Pay: $13.18 – $16.83 per hour
Schedule: Part-time - Flexible (includes evenings, weekends, and events)

Join our team and help create engaging, meaningful experiences for seniors in a nursing home and assisted living community. This role is perfect if you enjoy working with seniors, leading activities, and making a positive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and assist with daily activities, games, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and build relationships
• Provide one-on-one visits for residents
• Help plan activity calendars and special events
• Maintain supplies and a clean, safe environment
• Supporting residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Interest in senior care, activities, or healthcare
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Experience in activities or senior living (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
