Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Grounds Supervisor and/or Grounds III Personnel, maintain the landscaping of Greencroft. Note: this position is not eligible for benefits and is considered a temporary status, generally 8-9 weeks (mid May to mid August).

Duties include:

• Weeding, mowing, watering, trimming, digging, planting, and other duties as assigned.
• Interact with other grounds personnel to coordinate the use of, maintenance, and repair of grounds equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Operate grounds maintenance power equipment including tractor, mowers, trucks, chipper, stump grinder, fork lift, hedge trimmer, edger, sod cutter, sweeper, rototiller, chain saw, hand power tools.
• Inspect and verify that equipment is in safe operating condition; maintain grounds areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• None required. A willingness to learn is needed.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.
