What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care that promotes resident well-being and dignity
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support residents, families, and fellow team members with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
