We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Part-Time Life Enrichment Aide to help create meaningful moments for our residents every day. Whether it's leading a game, helping with a craft, accompanying residents to an event, or simply spending time visiting with someone, your presence can make all the difference.

What You'll Do

As a Life Enrichment Aide, you'll support programs and activities that help residents stay engaged, active, and connected.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with planning and leading fun, meaningful activities for residents.
• Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, social events, and other enrichment opportunities.
• Build genuine relationships with residents through conversation, companionship, and one-on-one visits.
• Support residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities, including those living with dementia.
• Observe and document resident participation, engagement, and responses to activities.
• Assist with resident assessments and individualized activity care plans.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming activity area.
• Work with other departments to create memorable events and experiences.
• Assist with transportation for activities and outings when needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Help create a warm, engaging community where every resident feels included and valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior activity experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous experience in healthcare, recreation, customer service, childcare, hospitality, or working with older adults is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position includes walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 pounds occasionally), assisting with activity setup, and engaging with residents throughout the day. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the position.
