Are you a passionate nurse leader ready to make a difference in senior care? Walnut Hills is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team, support quality resident care, and foster a positive, team-focused culture.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care
Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
Partner with leadership to improve resident outcomes
What You Bring
Active RN license
5+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for senior care and team development
