Compensation

$19.46–$21.74/hour

• +$1.50/hour evening shift differential
• +$1.50/hour weekend differential
• Full-time hours with a consistent schedule

Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Promote each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence
• Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Passion for caring for older adults
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
