Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 2nd Shift

Full-Time & Part-Time | No Weekends

A CNA Role Where You Can Make a Difference—Without Giving Up Your Weekends

Looking for a CNA position where your work is meaningful, your teammates have your back, and your schedule gives you time for life outside of work?

Join Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, and make a difference every day while building genuine relationships with the older adults you serve.

We’re looking for compassionate CNAs who want to be valued for the care they provide, not just the tasks they complete. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know residents, support their independence, and be part of a team committed to providing exceptional, resident-centered care.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • No weekends on 2nd shift — enjoy more predictable time for yourself and your family
  • Full-time or part-time options — find a schedule that fits your life
  • Meaningful work — build relationships and make a real difference in residents’ daily lives
  • Supportive teammates — partner with nurses and fellow caregivers who care about doing things the right way
  • Mission-driven organization — be part of a nonprofit community that puts people first
  • Every other holiday — a more predictable holiday schedule

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
  • Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care
  • Get to know residents and build meaningful connections
  • Work closely with nurses and teammates to provide excellent care
  • Support residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Be someone residents and families can count on

What You’ll Bring

  • Current CNA certification
  • A genuine desire to serve and connect with older adults
  • A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Benefits That Support You

Eligible employees may receive:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Additional benefits may be available

Come Be Part of Something Meaningful

At Walnut Hills, our CROFT Values - Creativity, Respect, Openness, Fairness, and Teamwork, aren’t just words. They shape how we care for our residents and how we support one another.

If you’re looking for a CNA role where you can build relationships, feel supported, and go home knowing you made someone’s day better, we’d love to meet you.
