What you’ll do

• Prepare dining areas by setting tables and ensuring they are ready for service.
• Welcome residents and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Clear and reset tables throughout the dining period.
• Help create a pleasant, respectful dining experience for residents.
• Work closely with coworkers to keep service running smoothly.
• Respond professionally when questions, concerns, or service issues arise.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing several responsibilities in a busy dining environment. You should also be able to:

• Manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Build positive working relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Adjust priorities and handle multiple tasks as needed.
• Follow Southfield Village’s dress and uniform standards.
• Approach customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Schedule

Part-time evenings: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
