Job Description:

LPN/RN will provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments, and promotion of team approach to resident care. This position also provides support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting.

Duties include:

• Administer and document medications given
• Perform treatments and assist physicians
• Observe, record and report observations
• Assess resident needs and provide care
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed as RN or LPN
• Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
• Rate of pay based on Experience.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• 2:30p-11:30p
• 5 Shifts Available
• Hourly rate based on experience
• $1.50 additional per hour for evening & night shifts
• Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
• Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule
