Full Time Schedule: M-F 7:30AM - 4PM

Must participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a small maintenance team.

• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.

• Assist with projects, events, and seasonal needs (like snow removal).

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years maintenance experience (HVAC/Refrigeration cert required).

• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work.

• Supervisory experience a plus!

• Able to lift, climb ladders, and work independently.
