Scope of Responsibility: To build census for Oak Grove, generate inquiries or leads, assist with clinical assessments of prospective residents, convert prospects to admissions, facilitate move-ins, represent Oak Grove to the public and referral sources, know the competitive market, and develop/ implement a results-oriented marketing/sales plan and budget.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of social services, nursing, marketing, or related concentration of study preferred.
• Three to five years of nursing/clinical experience preferred.
• Previous real estate sales or experience in a closely related field preferred.
• Previous work experience with older adults in a long-term care setting required.
• Discharge planning, case management or healthcare marketing experience required.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
• Marketing/sales skills, with ability to close sales.
• Clinical assessment skills required.
• Knowledge of Medicare rules for skilled nursing facility required.
