As an STNA at Walnut Hills, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurses with a passion for care and who wants to make a difference and has the following qualities:

  • Passion for Seniors – Feels strongly about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors.
  • Resident Focused – Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.
    • You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • STNA or Nursing Assistant training required and maintain license.
  • First aid training every 3 years required.
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English language required.
  • Love and respect for geriatric persons.
  • Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with team members, residents, and families

Schedule:

  • Must work every other weekend and holidays.
  • $1.50 hr shift differential for nights
  • Full time and Part time available
