Golden Years Homestead, part of Greencroft Communities, is a faith-based, nonprofit retirement community where people come before profit. We care for 200+ residents across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, grounded in kindness, respect, and teamwork.

We’re looking for a compassionate LPN or RN to join our part-time night shift team and make a meaningful difference in senior care.

Schedule

• Part-Time | Night Shift

• 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care

• Supervise nursing assistants and support quality care delivery

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

• Maintain safety and infection control standards

Pay

• LPN: $30.60–$34.76 per hour

• RN: $32.44–$36.84 per hour

What You’ll Need

• Active Indiana LPN or RN license

• Long-term care experience preferred (3–5 years)

• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills

• A heart for serving seniors in a mission-driven environment
