LPN: $30.60–$34.76/hr | RN: $32.44–$36.84/hr

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care

• Advocate for residents at every stage of care

• Develop and manage personalized care plans

• Build trusted relationships with residents and care teams

Schedule

• Nights

• Part-Time (16 hrs/week) or Full-Time

• Rotating weekends & holidays required

• +$1.50/hr for 2nd & 3rd shifts

• +$1.50/hr weekend differential

Pay

• LPN: $30.60–$34.76 per hour

• RN: $32.44–$36.84 per hour
  (Based on experience)

Requirements

• Active Indiana LPN or RN license

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred

• Memory Care / Alzheimer’s experience a plus
