Resident Services Coordinator - HUD Specialist

Department: Administration
Location: Goshen, IN

Greencroft Communities - Goshen Indiana

Be the friendly face and organized support behind daily operations. In this role, you’ll assist residents and visitors, keep records and HUD files up to date, support communication and announcements, track maintenance requests, coordinate volunteers, and handle basic cash balancing and office needs. You’ll also help manage HUD waitlists and applicant screenings.

Qualifications: High school diploma required. Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort multitasking are key. Experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role is helpful, along with basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Work setting:
Office-based with frequent interaction with residents, families, and team members.
