Great care begins with thoughtful leadership. We’re seeking a Healthcare Facility Administrator who enjoys supporting people, building strong teams, and creating a community where residents and families feel valued.
In this role, you’ll guide daily operations, partner with nursing and department leaders, and help your team deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll bring together people, processes, and resources to support resident well-being and the long-term success of our community.
Schedule
Monday–Friday during normal business hours, with availability to take calls and respond onsite during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Your Role on the Team
Lead facility operations in alignment with HG policies and local, state, and federal requirements.
Partner with nursing leadership to support safe, compassionate, high-quality resident care.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain team members while encouraging teamwork and accountability.
Oversee quality assurance, survey readiness, plans of correction, and risk management.
Manage budgets, financial performance, billing oversight, staffing, and resources responsibly.
Ensure accurate records and compliance with administrative, safety, and infection prevention requirements.
Build relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and the community while supporting census growth.
Coordinate leadership coverage and respond to operational needs as they arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; exceptions require approval
Indiana Health Facility Administrator licensure, or administrator licensure in another state with willingness to pursue temporary Indiana licensure and pass the Indiana examination.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of long-term care operations, compliance, and budgeting.
Professional judgment, a commitment to confidentiality, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
